Just Cause 3 looks great, and the new abilities are a welcome addition, but it’s going to need more than that to perfect the series: namely more mission types and multiplayer. And yes, we mean everything trees, bridges, buildings – this game is going to demand some high system specs - especially as Rico comes equipped with infinite quantities of C-4. In short, you can blow up pretty much anything, and watch it collapse in real time. To further encourage Just Cause’s particular form of destructive chaos, developer Avalanche has now included a new physics-destruction system. Need to stop that plane escaping – just grapple three cars to it, and if that doesn't work contract them (big boom). It is possible to attach either end to anything you like in the world, and then remotely contract them with a button tap. Talking of the grappling-hook, Just Cause 3 will see an upgrade to this mechanical tether - you can now fire up to three at a time. This is a smart addition to the already versatile grappling-hook/parachute combo of the earlier games – giving you even more control in the air. The series has always paced a focus on maneuverability, a fact mirrored in the addition of the new wingsuit.
